Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino services marketed as "Wild Fortune" and made available via wildfortunebet-au.com ("Website"). By registering an account or using any services on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and remain in force until replaced or updated in accordance with the "Changes to Terms" section below.

Definitions

  • Website means the domain wildfortunebet-au.com and any related mobile or Progressive Web App (PWA) versions branded as Wild Fortune that provide access to the Operator's online casino services.
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account, and/or places a Bet or Wager using the services offered on the Website.
  • Account means the personal, single-player account created by a User on the Website for the purposes of accessing games, making deposits, placing Bets and requesting withdrawals.
  • Services means all products and services made available by the Operator on the Website, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, bonuses, promotions, loyalty or VIP programs and any related features.
  • Game(s) means any software-based or live casino game (including slots, table games, live dealer games and game shows) provided via the SoftSwiss platform or other approved providers.

Account Registration

Registration Process

  • Single Account: You are allowed to have only one Account on the Website. Multiple Accounts, including across related SoftSwiss-operated brands, may be treated as abuse and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and potential confiscation of funds, especially in cases of bonus abuse or fraud.
  • Accuracy of information: You must provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and maintain it throughout your use of the Services. The Operator may request updated information at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of funds in accordance with these Terms.

Login Details and Security

  • Password and access: You must keep your login credentials (username, password and any other security data) strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, whether or not you personally authorised it.
  • Security measures: The Operator uses industry-standard security, including SSL encryption (e.g. Cloudflare SSL) for data transmission. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your devices and internet connections are secure and free from malware or unauthorised access.
  • Unauthorised use: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify customer support via live chat or the contact options provided on the Website. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

KYC and Verification

  • When KYC is required: The Operator typically conducts KYC checks upon your first withdrawal request and reserves the right to do so at any time, including prior to or after large deposits, suspicious activity or changes in personal details.
  • Standard KYC documents: You may be asked to provide:
    • Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport or driver's licence; front and back where applicable);
    • Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (e.g. utility bill or bank statement; physical letters or clearly photographed originals are preferred); and

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Availability of Games: The selection of Games, their rules, minimum and maximum stakes and paytables are determined by the respective game providers (e.g. via the SoftSwiss platform) and may vary over time. The rules and paytables displayed within each Game form an integral part of these Terms.
  • Placing a Bet: A Bet is deemed placed when it is accepted by the game server and recorded in the Operator's system logs. Once a Bet is accepted, it is normally irreversible and may not be cancelled by the Player.
  • Bet limits: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are set per Game or table and shown in the Game interface. The Operator may adjust general limits or impose personalised limits (e.g. due to risk management, AML or responsible gambling policies) at its sole discretion.
  • Game results: All Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, for live games, by the actual physical or live-streamed event. The result as recorded by the game server is final and binding. In case of discrepancy between your device screen and the Operator's or provider's logs, the latter will prevail.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player-initiated changes: You are responsible for checking all details before confirming your Bet. Once confirmed and accepted, a Bet cannot usually be altered or cancelled.
  • Operator-initiated adjustments: The Operator may void, adjust or cancel a Bet (or series of Bets) where:
    • a technical error, software malfunction or incorrect configuration occurred;
    • a Game or round is declared void by the game provider;
    • the Bet was placed after the outcome was known or after the Game should have been closed; or
    • fraud, collusion, use of bots or exploitation of a bug is suspected.
    In such cases, the Operator may restore the initial balance by removing winnings and refunding the original stake, or may void both stake and winnings where appropriate.
  • Technical failures: If your connection is interrupted during gameplay, the result of the Bet will be determined by the game server. On reconnection, you will be able to see the final outcome in your balance and/or game history. The Operator is not responsible for any loss due to internet or hardware failures on your side.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and on the Website

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully in all chat rooms, live dealer tables and communications with staff and other players. The following is strictly prohibited:
    • insults, threats, harassment or abusive language;
    • hate speech, discrimination or any content that is defamatory, obscene or offensive;
    • posting or sharing personal data of others; and
    • any advertising, spamming or solicitation.
  • Fraud and collusion: You may not:
    • use automated tools, bots or scripts to place Bets or manipulate Games;
    • collude with other players or exploit timing or system vulnerabilities;
    • engage in chip-dumping, arbitrage between related brands or patterns clearly designed to exploit Bonuses contrary to their purpose.
    The Operator may use device fingerprinting and shared SoftSwiss infrastructure to detect related Accounts and abusive patterns across sister sites.
  • Responsible gambling: You are responsible for your gambling behaviour. The Operator may offer tools such as deposit limits, session limits or self-exclusion on the Website. Use of these tools does not limit the Operator's rights under these Terms.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Separate bonus rules: In addition to this section, each Bonus or Promotion may have specific terms, including:
    • wagering requirements;
    • minimum deposit amounts;
    • maximum Bet per spin/round while wagering;
    • game restrictions and excluded titles; and
    • validity periods and expiry times.
    The specific terms published on the Website or under /bonus-terms form part of these Terms and prevail in case of conflict.
  • Bonus activation: A Bonus may be granted automatically on deposit, on opt-in via checkbox or bonus code, or manually by customer support or VIP managers. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable conditions before accepting any Bonus.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

Maximum Bet and Prohibited Actions

  • Maximum Bet while wagering: When using an active Bonus, you must comply with any maximum Bet per spin/round limits specified in the Bonus terms (for example, a cap on the equivalent of a set AUD amount per spin). Bets exceeding these limits during wagering may lead to confiscation of winnings and/or cancellation of the Bonus.

  • Bonus abuse: Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to:

    • transferring funds between different brands on the same platform to benefit from overlapping promotions; and
    • deliberately delaying rounds or building up value in a Game using Real Money and then attempting to release that value using Bonus Funds.
    In cases of suspected Bonus abuse, the Operator may remove Bonuses, confiscate Bonus-derived winnings and close relevant Accounts.

Combination of Promotions and VIP Offers

  • One promotion at a time: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses and Promotions cannot be combined. If you activate a new Bonus while another is still active, the Operator may cancel the previous Bonus and any associated winnings.
  • Cashback and VIP rewards: Certain Players, especially high-value or VIP Users, may receive personalised offers such as wager-free cashback on losses above specified thresholds (e.g. weekly losses exceeding a particular AUD amount). Such offers:
